Customer service may be spotty but cant beat the price of the case and what i have put it through in the few months ive used it.
Call them on the phone. That's what I did and the guy was super cool and sent another one.

I thought this was a fake video at first, but apparently the reporter and the village didn't know what they were dealing with.
The Chinese News service later acknowledged the fail.

Life proof sent me a confirmation to "Chris hall" then a minute later to "Craig hall". But i got two confirmation of shipment E- mails, one to each name. Today I received both !lol. The e mail said they retain right to charge my original CC if original case isn't returned in 15 days... No mention of them accidentally sending me two cases. Gregg I might have a replacement for ya!
