Eh.. not really. For the point you are trying to make I'd say no, because the class 4 wheel base limit is a big deal.

Irony though... People crying about too many truck classes... but Class 4 used to be a truck class, and is now a buggy class. lol

Other than that though. Limited engine, unlimited chassis.... you get the idea.

You are better off making the comparison of class 10 itself... because as soon as CL10 allowed Ecotecs, it bloomed and people had no reason to build CL4's. If CL10 was still a non ecotec class, CL4 would have flourished. IMO.
