Does anyone else use Netflix on their Xbox360? I just started my free trial today but everything is in standard def, how the hell do I get it to play in HD? My console cranks out 1080p with everything else except Netflix.

My PS3 and our Sony Blu Ray player both stream Netflix in HD.

Does the title of what you are watching say HD next to it before you play it? Not everything on there is HD.

I was gonna say the same thing loomis said. I just renewed my Live account this weekend and I'll check out if I have the same problem. I'm pretty sure it only has an output of 720p though or 1080i.

I get everything in HD on my 360. That's about all I use it for. HD won't work if you have slow internet.

It seems now after using it more it needs to "warm up" so to speak. It starts out looking terrible for a few minutes before the HD kicks in, really weird. It's definitely only 720 def tho, still really cool to have that much content available, I like it.

Warming up? Sounds more like HIDs than HD. lol

If it is delayed like that, it's definitely a stream issue.

And fwiw, 720P looks better than 1080i as it is progressive scan.
