Ya its one of those things that you have to do a few times to realize what its all about really. Looking at it from the outside it looks dumb as hell.

It is dumb,when I was a kid my ole man would make me carry his clubs around for him and I would watch how frustrated he would get, he told me to pay attention and maybe I would learn something, what I learned was to stay the fk out of the way because you never knew where his ball was gonna go. Then in my 20s I played a few games with friends and it was more about drinking and getting wrecked and racing golf carts ,once I learned a few things and could actually make a decent shot I fell in love with the game,now pushing 50 I worship every chance I get to play.
