From what I am hearing, the races themselves will continue in fact there is a permit already filed for the same weekend that SCORE has applied for previously in Laughlin but it will not be a SCORE event......

That wouldn't make any sense. Parker 425 is BITD's biggest event. 2013 will be huge with no SCORE Laughlin now.
