CORR super buggy in a 10 class race?
Is it possible to race a super buggy in class 10? other than the obvious fuel cell, cage etc, would it be competitive? with the increased woops section on the CORR races, I've seen stronger front a-arms and longer wheelbase. Any car right now on the field that could make it?

I bet a racer eng. superbuggy would work very well with some minor adjustments. Ive also got one for sale!

thanks dirtracer. I think the absence of answers speak by themselves. I don't think any builder or racer is confident enough to risk a corr chassis in a desert course. I think they're supposed to run in a smooth, fast and smartly designed stadium track.

Re: CORR super buggy in a 10 class race?
In New Zealand we run a combination of short and enduo courses. The cars have to be flexable enough to run both formats. One of the most sucessful cars here is the old Chenowth Magnum Beam cars. They are modified to cary considerably more fuel, which in turn forces the radiator to be placed higher. They also tend to run bigger diameter shocks, I would guess to prevent fade in longer endurance races and cater to the additional weight of the fuel load.
I would suspect that if you modify a super buggy enough to perform in class 10, you're effectively creating a SWB class 10 anyway.
