Here are a few minor updates, got the fuel tank all welded back up with new internal sump, and welded a small peice of tubing to a 3/8 npt fitting so there is no hose to fall apart inside the fuel tank and it sits inside the sump i made. Also cut the bed apart and made new mounts for the fuel tank, mounted up some new kmc beadlocks on general tire 37's much improved look and ground clearance over 316/16 toyos i had. Also ordered up more wire and misc electrical to finish up the wiring, and welded up a new fan shroud for the radiator, and i am also going to get a high pressure stainless ball valve for the brakes, and installing one for the fuel line as one of many anti theft precautions. I should have more free time this quarter from school so i hope to make more progress on weekends.

here is another pic of the holes i made on the top of the sump as well and on the baffle wall, there are also small holes along the base of the sump for when fuel levels get low. I was also thinking of adding the return line dump into the sump also.

Here are some pics of how i mounted the air cleaner, cut a hole on the top of the hood to let the inlet stick out about 1/2 inch, i am going to make a small reverse cowl to cover the inlet so i dont end up with beer bottle in the inlet. Also crunched some numbers and seems to be around 1600 lbs per front corner as the truck sits right now, so going to get springs soon.

Made some progress but like always very slow, I will get some pics up later, but made the sub-frame for the skid plate extending from the front bumper all the way under the engine pan and trans pan and connecting to the trans x-member. Also my buddy started laying down more wire, its going to be a mess, lights, gauges, brake lights, turn signals, race radio, stereo, amp, gps, dome lights, pumps, fans, ac, refrigerator, etc a long and detailed process. Also went a little crazy and started to make my own seats, first set will be done Friday.
