Totally Off Road Radio.....totally taken over

Do not adjust your radio…..or start surfing “other” not so PC web sites…..YES, Totally Off Road Radio has been hi-jacked!

It’s not quite a roast but you never know what the outcome will be when the Desert Assassins get a hold of any type of media outlet, previously proven by their dress wearing ways on the Discovery Channel. This week T.O.R.R. host Jim Holthus has been bound and gagged for his 40th birthday and is being marinated as you read this to be slow cooked on his own show Wednesday the 9th of July from 6pm to 8pm PST., which this week will be hosted by Cameron Steele and Bryant Layton.

Totally Off Road Radio can be heard live on am 1000 through San Diego and Orange Counties in California and world wide through the web at www.torrshow.com just click the listen live button.

“Jim has put a ton of effort into our sport and has a great show, sometimes I come on as a guest host and it is an honor to host this episode live and interview Jim for his birthday” said Steele. “Bryant came up with the idea but I think Jim agreed easily so he could take the week of prep off for the show” continued Steele. The show will be hosted from the Holthus compound in Vista where a birthday BBQ will ensue where local fans of the show are invited to come and take part in the cook out.

This week’s guests will include long distance jumper Seth Enslow from the Metal Mulisha and Dave Mason from Western Motorsports who is getting set for a Protruck assault up Pikes Peak. We will also get an update from Meg Grossglass with ORBA on the situation in Johnson Valley and speak to Rockcrawler Tim Florian on the phone…..also live in studio, Jim’s Wife where we will get a behind the scenes look at what TORRs host is really up to during the rest of his week.

    About the hosts…

Guest Host Cameron Steele is a 10 year veteran of the ESPN/ABC X Games and has hosted TV shows for Championship Off Road Racing, the IRL, Supercross and specialty events like the Running of the Bulls from Spain. Cameron also drives in the SCORE Trophy Truck class in the Yokohama Tires #16 and has competed in everything from Utility Quads to Rock Crawling.

Host Bryant Layton of Layton Racing is a TORR regular On Air Personality, and Co-Commentator at CORR, Pit reporter, navigator extraordinaire and also a member of the extended Desert Assassins Family
