Your right Pete. Nye's daughter just signed up for RDC this morning so hopefully she can post all the info regarding the case. Nobody knows more than her about this case.

I just found out that the kid that killed Nye Frank, his dad is a teacher, and one of his past students that also was chief deputy under DA Pacheco, and campaign manager for Pacheco and Sheriff Sniff.

The daughter (Dawn) needs the go to the local media (TV and print) and give them ALL the facts. Not only of the case, but Ty Reddish's connection to the DA and Shariffs dept.

She could also contact the internal affairs unit..

While walking the petition around to get it signed I heard the quote of the weekend from non-other than Pete Sohren reguarding the fight between Reddish and Frank "....you know how old people can be, maybe he deserved it". Brilliant.

For all those attending the CORR race this weekend in Chula Vista, there is a petition being started to re-open the case for the crime that took place against the late Nye Frank. The case was swept under the rug by local authorties and the person responsible for his death has gotten away with it scott free. PLEASE VISIT THE MENZIES PIT AREA AND SIGN THIS PETITION. This will then be sent to the proper government authorities for the case to be re-opened. Thank you!!!!

Nye was celebrating a new home and contract. I am a stepdaughter and he never yelled at me or hit me. He went through my teenage years and my kids teens. I never even saw him get real angry. He worked around young people and knew how to work around hot heads. Ty Reddish as his dad states has a combative disorder. Nye and Lee were not speeding. Ty was angry because his brother and dad left him to work alone and he got himself worked up and attacked Nye. Nye's last move was to pull Lee out of harms way. Ty jumped up and grabbed him by the head and dropped his feet to put all his weight to pull Nye down when he was not expecting it. Also he was not a fighter. Ty on the other hand is professionally trained.
