Just so you know (and I am not the RDC police or anything) to post peoples personal information is a serious NONO here despite how we feel about them. I know they are a matter of public records but this could put her case in jeopardy if outside parties became involved or someone took it upon themselves to do a little vigilante justice. This could also put RDC in a bad spot for allowing this info to be available here in the manner it was presented.

Nye never took off his glasses. He could not see without them. He had a band around his head that had the glasses glued to them to keep in place. The glasses he was wearing were new. They were dented from the rocks where Nye was thrown to the ground. After the sheriff left the glasses were left at the house. We called them and asked them why they were left. They did not pick them up till the time they decided the case. Ty Reddish had taken off his glasses and gloves per his statements on audio to hit Nye. But he told the Sheriff Nye took his glasses off to fight. Nye never hit him. Ty was following him and mom back to the car. Ty was persisting in yelling. Mom was between them when Ty jumped. Nye raised his arm and pulled mom out of the way. When he did that Ty got Nye by the head and dropped his feet to bring him to the ground face down. It was a hard impact as the glasses were dented with the rocks. No scratches showing movement as Nye was passed out like my mother said. Ty jumped on his back as soon as Nye was down with his knees into Nye upper back. Mom said he kept jumping up and down. It would of knocked the air out of Nye and he was choking him at the same time. Mom tried to help Nye. It was very tragic and I do not know if my mom will ever recover. Nye was not a fighter. I have never seen him in a fight, and I asked several people who knew him all his career and they said same thing. I was a teenager living with him and now 52 and never had him yell or fight with me. Thanks we are getting some great support. I really needed the help, advice and support.

Question for someone who knows. Was the person who assaulted him ever tried in court at all? Or did it never even goto court?

No court, no investigation, no $ for bail. Like it did not happen. And allowed to intimidate Lee Frank and family. Sheriff said they cannot stop him from that even though it is against the law to intimidate a elder.

evaluation of all victims who report being strangled.

For all those attending the CORR race this weekend in Chula Vista, there is a petition being started to re-open the case for the crime that took place against the late Nye Frank. The case was swept under the rug by local authorties and the person responsible for his death has gotten away with it scott free. PLEASE VISIT THE MENZIES PIT AREA AND SIGN THIS PETITION.
