I have been working on Nye's case since this all happened. I wanted to be able to clear up what the facts are. Unfortunately we have zero knowledge of dealing with the court system and the corruption we have encountered. My mother is 73 and every time we have gone to a attorney they say the county has a lot of money and you would lose all and anything you have to fight this, and probably dead before it is heard. So I have had to do this alone so far. But I have been able to uncover the corruption in this case. Now what I need is a outcry to the DA and the Attorney General's office for Riverside County. On the 6th Ty go's to court. The only way to keep this open is if there is a public outcry for that. They will not do anything without your help.

Dawn, May I suggest that you post this in the whatever section and include contacts and the facts that you believe them. There are a few 1000 people reading this daily and some may have the desire to get involved and assist. If you are not familiar with the race-dezert site and how to do it, simply reply here and others will help...

Ty's dad Phil Reddish is well connected in the Ol boys club and teaches wrestling and government at Norco High School. In the audio tape he says that because he is a government employee one of his past students that also was cheif deputy under DA Pacheco, and campaign manager for Pacheco and Sheriff Sniff and the CHP, he told how this can be handled and sending his attorney.

The daughter (Dawn) needs the go to the local media (TV and print) and give them ALL the facts. Not only of the case, but Ty Reddish's connection to the DA and Shariffs dept.

Organize a protest at the school or at the residence of Phil, Ty, or the DA to get press involved. No drug testing on this kid is outrageous. The police thought he was sober WTF!!! Roids or anything could have made this a manslaughter case.

This Cheif Deputy DA that you have found won an election in june to become a judge in riverside------uncontested --- just fyi for everyone

I looked up the name "Ty Reddish" on the Riverside County Superior Court website, but I didn't find any pending criminal case against him nor a hearing on the 6th. Is there a civil case filed against him for wrongful death?

I found this article from the Press Enterprise in 2007 that indicated the DA decided not to file charges against Reddish. http://www.pe.com/localnews/inland/s...7.27f0ad3.html

Are you trying to get the Attorney General to file a criminal case due to the conflict of interest the Riverside DA has in the case?


Edit: I found the case. It is set for a review by the Clerk's office to determine if there is a filing or if his release status should remain the same. In reviewing the info, no charges have been filed or are pending. http://public-access.riverside.court...mat+the+Report
