My buddy Lonny was in the same situation only on the other side of the fence. The guy Lonny fought came at him with a knife, Lonny disarmed him and beat the snot out of him and the guy later died. The Ventura County DA pressed charges against Lonny and it went to court. Lonny was found not guilty, but think about it. This victim (Nye) did not have a knife, nor was he equal in strength/age like with Lonny was with his victim. They drug tested Lonny, but they did not drug test Reddish. Lonny didn't have any prior violent offenses where they know Reddish by testimony had prior violence. Why the heck they would prosecute Lonny and not Reddish seems fishy---I know different counties, but still the same general rules should apply. Reddish didn't mean to beat him to death, or Nye would have never made it away from the scene. It sure seems like they should prosecute him for manslaughter, though.

I searched all names and all I came up with was a VC vio from Mr. Frank! Crazy there is no info. in either the San Berdoo court system or Riverside County. There is no info. what so ever on the Reddish guy... What's his legal name!? I searched Ty, Tyler, Tyson...

Is there a petition? Do you guys currently have legal representation?

It's the Banning Court. When I could not get a call back from the Riverside Homicide detective for weeks, I went to the DA office. They could not find anything in the system on line, so they had to make many calls to find the file. It was still on the detectives desk.

I have been working on Nye's case since this all happened. I wanted to be able to clear up what the facts are. Unfortunately we have zero knowledge of dealing with the court system and the corruption we have encountered. My mother is 73 and every time we have gone to a attorney they say the county has a lot of money and you would lose all and anything you have to fight this, and probably dead before it is heard. So I have had to do this alone so far. But I have been able to uncover the corruption in this case. Now what I need is a outcry to the DA and the Attorney General's office for Riverside County. On the 6th Ty go's to court. The only way to keep this open is if there is a public outcry for that. They will not do anything without your help.

Nye was being choked by Reddish and he was jumping on his chest with his knees and back. Don't forget Lee stated he attacked him like a professional wrestler. He stated in audio the wrestling moves he used. Nye had a rupture in the neck. It took less than 5 minutes to close his airway. Jumping on someones chest and choking them at the same time and while the Nye is passed out. Lee in a effort to save Nye got her car and drove it close to them in hopes Nye could get in. Ty let go when he saw the car coming. Nye did come to but could not talk as he tried to say Ty's name. Mom could not understand him. The police manuals say a person can die up to 36 hours after being choked. The doctor and nurse that live one driveway away and did cpr on Nye said air would not go to his lungs.

Nye never hit Ty, Look at pictures for yourself. Lee Frank said Ty grabbed him by the neck and Ty let his feet out from under himself. When Nye hit the ground, Ty Reddish jumped up in the air, and went down with his knees into Nye's upper back. At this point Lee says Nye was passed out. While passed out Ty grabbed his belt and shirt threw him over and choked and jumped on him several times and punched him. This was all while Nye is passed out. This was done in front of 72 year old Lee Frank. Nye got a rupture in his neck that when it filled up it stranguled him. Lee Frank looked for a car to waive down and begged Ty to stop. Then she went and got her car to drive close to see if she could get Nye into the car. When Ty saw the car coming he released Nye. The rupture took a few minutes to cut all the air off. Nye could not talk as he tried to say Ty's name but Lee could not understand it. This was never a fist fight or heart attack. This was only a attack.
