This morning I woke up and I felt so blessed. Monday is the 5th the one year mark of Nye leaving us. Up to just a couple of weeks a go Nye was voiceless. It seemed hopeless, and like every door was closed. But I refuse to be a victim, and let mom and Nye be a victim. All of you together are now making a roar. Thank you Nye felt his reputation was important. I want to honor that. We have someone from the races who is sending the petition and package of documents and complaints off to the Senate to forward to the Attorney General Office. A couple of people may have a attorney lead. I even sent off the victims assistance package last night. We were told mom could not get it because of them saying this is a mutual combat meaning Nye is not a victim but the cause. My mom is living off borrowed funds, as Nye had just built the house for them and planned to keep working 3 more years. Social Security is not much of a retirement. Someone is interested in writing a book to help raise funds. It is magical with getting all the input and support. We just want what is right. Not hate but justice. Thank you and please keep the petition going. I posted up a copy on the forum so you can put up at work or however you can help get signatures. Thank you and keep the ideas and help coming. We did set up a paypal account so those of you who can help with attorney and forensic review can send funds. I will post info later today. I know I have to go to court to get the autopsy documents for review. Then pay the pathologist and attorney. You can also contact me Dawn 310 619-6260.
