Newbie
Hello Everyone,
I am new to offroad racing. I have been reading posts for a while and finally decided to jump in.
A few months ago I purchased an old 9 car(2 seater) that is about 80% complete. It originaly belonged to the Schank Bros. I bought it from Mike Norris.
I plan on racing in the M.O.R.E series. Hopefully, I can get the car ready to get a least one race in this year.
I have a ton of questions and I hope that you guys can get me on the right tarck.
Everyone who writes in these posts seems very willing to help. Sounds like a tight knit group. Very cool.
I'll try to post some pics soon.
Talk to you guys soon
Joe.

4 pieces of advice for a newbie:
1) A clean car is a happy car and a happy car is a fast car (Kent Lothringer 1989)
2) Only use Lemforder Ball Joints
3) Opinions are worth what you pay for them
4) Never slow dance with FFFffffrancis after he's been drinking
Congrats on the purchase and if your not going to heed Shred's or Rocky's comments, best of luck with your program!

Hey...I didn't say that! I like slow dancing with Ffrancis!
You beat me to the punch on that car. I was next in line to pick it up for my nephews. 80% complete for a 9 car means it's only a day and a half away from race ready (half day work party + full day of bench racing).

My new car is in the show room at Kartek right now, you should go check it out. By the way if anybody is looking, my old car is available, PM me for info.
