    Net Flix Rules.

This is an email I got from them. Apparently they had some kind of major system malfunction and were unable to ship anyone a DVD for a day. I never even noticed.

Netflix We're sorry your DVD shipment was delayed

    Dear Daniel,

As you may know, we had issues with our shipping systems this week. As a result, we didn't ship DVDs to you in a timely manner, and you likely didn't receive email letting you know we got a DVD back from you. Our shipping systems are working again, and any outstanding DVD shipments are being mailed today (Friday).

We pride ourselves in delighting you, and we've let you down. We apologize, and we will issue a 15% credit to your account in the next few days. You don't need to do anything. Your credit will automatically be applied to your next billing statement.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you need further assistance, please call us at 1-888-638-3549.

    -The Netflix Team

Last time I checked, Netflix was a publicly traded company (NFLX, Nasdaq), and the major shareholders were members of the original startup group.

    I could be wrong.

this is the answer I wanted to hear. If they really are owned by the mallmart corp. I will just pretend they arent. Ignorance is bliss sometimes. I don't love wallmart but I hate blockbuster so anyone that helps blockbuster lose money is cool in my book.

Redbox is pretty good. a buck a day until you return it. Best thing though is they have codes you can enter for 1 free movie rental. You can use the same code 1 time on each of your credit cards. Codes are online from insideredbox.com. They post up new codes every Monday and Wednesday that last until midnite that same day. Other codes are listed that are good any day. In the last 3 weeks we've rented around 20 videos and only paid like 3 bucks total for all 20.
