The Modica family has asked me to thank all involved in Anthony's rescue which includes the Eddy family,Pk,Jimmy,Rickey Brabec, the entire Trubey family and all involved.They also have been reading the board daily and appreciate all the thoughts and prayers that you all have been sending out. There were many people involved including all the medical and race related people, too many to name but you know who you are. This is going to be a long road to recovery but all the prayers are helping. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts- The modica family
OK, NOW FOR MY REPORT OF THE DAY. YES THINGS COULE BE BETTER BUT THEY COULD ALWAYS BE WORSE. WE WITNESSED ANTHONY BITTING WITH PRETTY STRONG FORCE WHILE HAVING HIS MOUTH CLEANED OUT AND AT THE SAME TIME CHECKING HIS GAG REFLEX WHICH IS VERY STRONG. THEY ALSO TEST HIS REFLEXES WHILE POKING AND PINCHING HIM- HE MOVES HIS HEAD AND FEET/LEG- THESE ARE POSTIVE SIGNS. GOOD DAY TO EVERYONE- LAST NIGHT AFTER WE POSTED AN UPDATE WE WENT BACK IN AND VISITED WITH ANTHONY AROUND MIDNIGHT AND HE IS STILL A VERY TIRED MAN- HE YAWNED ABOUT 6 TIMES AND THAT MADE US SMILE. I WENT IN THIS AM ABOUT 830AM AND HE DID MOVE HIS HEAD A LITTLE AND AROUND NOON HE MOVED HIS INJURED LEG- BABY STEPS BUT THHESE ARE GOOD SIGNS- HE HAD ANOTHER CAT SCAN TODAY BUT NO WORD ON THAT PROBABLY UNTIL TOMORROW.
