Re: TrophyLite WINS in PRIMM!
Mike
Thanks for your kind words and awesome consistant support. I actually got to prerun in Chassis #1 @ PRIMM for the 1st time and I was very impresed..
IM biased, but $50K for a turnkey race truck that will do a 41 mph avg. @ PRIMM ... and a Builder / Promoter committed to tight spec rules.. to keep costs in line.. i think its a winner ..
I was also very impressed with the shape the Continental Tires where in at end of race.. no flats, no msiing chunks. looked like they had raced 10 miles ..

Re: TrophyLite WINS in PRIMM!
Congratulations to Matt, Tony Talbert and TL for a great win!
The fact that nothing broke on that course means a lot.

Re: TrophyLite WINS in PRIMM!
Nice to see wins go to hard workers.. I remember when Matt had the Trophy Lite thread with a bunch of nay-sayers giving their opinion. A win isn't an opinion, it's a fact! Good job! Enjoy the fruits of your labor
WHEN YOURE RACING YOURE LIVING, EVERYTHING ELSE IS JUST WAITING!! In memory of B.J. Bates.

Fine I'll be the one to call it......I see a little to much horn blowing, especially since its your own horn. I mean awsome finish but, I'm tired of hearing how this turn key 4c-clyn. spec truck beats v-8 trucks. IT IS WHAT IT IS AND THATS IT. oops I think I just upset some, oh well thats the internet.
Is a prophy truck kinda like a trophy ranger?

I think what they are trying to point out is you dont have to have a V-8 to be fast, they are talking about reliability and tight racing for a competitive price. You can't deny how the trucks, sponsors and series is taking shape. Shoot we have already won $17,800.00 prize money in 2 races and have had a blast.....Good job Matt ,Trophylite is an A-1 product. just like "Most Unknown" Said, there will always be Naysayers....

I think 1600's have already proved it doesn't take a v-8 to be fast. And I agree there will always be naysayers and meat gazers. Its RDC. I just don't think comparing yourself(spec truck) to a score sportsman turnout/results proves anything. Look at the sportsman class year points winner for the last few. And I'm not a hater by any means, just tired of hearing it over and over and over.
