Do it the old school way. Get a P.O. Box, or if you have an address you don't mind giving out. Have people send you the money in the mail with a self adressed stamped env. I know sending cash in the mail is a no no, but it is only a couple bucks. You remove $, insert STEEEKERS,,, done and done.
They never let me log in. I tried to use it to buy something off eBay. Started an account like 4 years ago, so they wouldn't let me use the same credit card (WTF???). Then I used a new card and then they told me that I had to pay $20 to activate the account or wait for the 20 processing period to expire. I said "Eff this!" But the eBay guy was an A-Hole too and wouldn't take anything accept paypal. When I tried to explain my situation to him he filed a complain with eBay and they locked my account. After that I said "Eff eBay, paypal, communists, and china; I'm going to Amazon."
That guy was ripping trying to rip you off. It is free to activate your account using a credit card. You can add as many cards as you want.
