Problem posting pictures

I tried posting a picture today but was unable to do it. I've posted pictures in the past so I'm sure I'm going about it the right way. When I click on Manage Attachments nothing happens. I thought maybe things were just slow today so I walked away for 5 minutes. I tried searching but didn't find any info related to this specific problem. Any ideas?

I've posted several pictures today... if nothing is popping up maybe the computer your on has the pop up's blocked function on?

If you can't even upload the thumbnails you may want to try to load them to a photo bucket account and then post the URL instead of actually attaching the picture

Actually it's working just fine now on my laptop, so there must be something up with my desktop. Thanks Klaus
