First off,you answered your question. Second, It's not professional to use peoples names and company in an open forum. It could come back and bite you in court!

I dont think his name is chad i'm pretty sure it is Shad Kennedy. i also don't think this is the first time.
a search of the company name may enlighten anyone interested.
it's tough to gain trust in this industry and these story's make it all that much harder for anyone else.

i think suzuki guy is just trying to make sure that no one else ends up in the same predicament.

Thanks Ron Burgundy ;-)...thats my only intention here is that it doesnt happen to anyone else...and im not doing this for myself, its for a friend that that doesn't have a bad bone in his body. he is just a kool dude that works hard for his cash and wanted to have a kool rhino.... so if this will help...so be it.... thanks for understanding fellow off-roaders...

correct, it's much better to keep quiet if you get screwed. That way others will get screwed and atleast you won't be the only one.

By the way it is also not professional to take someones $ without giving what was agreed upon.
