This reminds me of the 90's first falling off something in Tecate then getting stuck in the Laguana. It's going to be great. I love races that start and finish in Ensenada.
that loop down by san felipe looks like it will be a bit hectic for the lead bikes, trucks and cars!!! running the same course after only going 130 miles??? the bikes will be coming around with the lead cars come back through and the lead cars will come back through when the slower classes will be coming through!!! what is the time separation between last bike and first truck?
HARVEYMotor Sports Dirt's for racing, asphalt's for getting there!!! Mike Harvey Off Roaders Like It Rough, Dirty, and Fast!!! "I don't care how much I scrub and scrub, they just don't make water hot enough to get rid of the racers itchy plague! Once u get the disease theres no turning back"!!! hahahahaha
that spells bad news IMO. I wonder y they did a loop like that? does n e 1 else feel like this is gonna b dangerous looping around and running the same course?

it's been done several times in the past and was never a problem...

Ive seen them do it around valley de trinidad going back into ojos to the finish in ensenada but that is after at least 200 or 300 miles i never knew that they have done a loop that close mileage wise... what years did they do this and how big was the loop? thanx...

(from an earlier post) the course overlapped in '88, '90, '93, '94. it's my understanding
those courses overlapped in or near the same place as this years race course...
The map looks like they are on the same course but their are different lines through there. At the 500 the course stayed close to the hwy. Perhaps they just cross over each other. Also the rumor was the course would go to Azufre but it clearly goes down the new Chanate/ old Huatamote.... I'm going -pre running Nov 1st.
