united we stand
A message to all of those committed to the success of the CORR Racing series:
CORR RACE TEAMS UNITED IN SUPPORT OF SERIES
In light of recent events and the cancellation of the PRIMM event several Teams, have created this joint statement to reconfirm our solidarity and our commitment to Championship Off-Road Racing and our dedication to its success as professional racers, teams, sponsors and overall fans of this great new racing series.
We thank CORR Chief Executive Officer Jim Baldwin for building such a great racing platform upon which we can base successful models in terms of competition and in marketing opportunity. We also thank the entire Baldwin family for their contributions, support and efforts. We salute the achievements in bolstering race fan attendance, engineering nationally televised coverage of this exciting sport, and the commitment to increase sponsor support, all of which has contributed to triple-digit growth over the last three years. These efforts did not come easily or without great personal and financial investment, and our thanks go out to Mr. Baldwin for taking the hard road and doing the homework to bring CORR to where it is today, a strong series with eight million viewers and counting.
We as teams and participants in this great arena understand the challenges being faced under the current state of our national economy, and we support Mr. Baldwin’s continued efforts to make the hard decisions that are required to grow CORR in the long run and benefit us all – both professional and sportsman teams alike. We would also like to recognize each and every one of the CORR staff for putting in the countless hours required to organize and run the series. Their dedication in what are often thankless roles is unmatched. We thank you!
Championship Off-Road Racing is a new gem in the crown of American motorsports. It represents the best value for the fan, competitor and sponsor, and it holds vast potential for tremendous growth over the next several racing seasons. As stakeholders in it, our enthusiasm for CORR racing remains as strong as ever. We will continue to rely on that enthusiasm to fuel our efforts on and off the track, and we trust that Jim Baldwin and the CORR staff will continue to provide the necessary leadership to keep CORR on course to become one the most successful, unique and instantly recognizable forms of motor racing worldwide. We would also like to thank and recognize "YOU" the fans for the undying support and energy you put into our sport. Without you this great sport would not exist.
To the contunued growth and success of the CORR racing community.

Re: united we stand
Awesome,
However your voice has little value if we don't know who you are.

Re: united we stand
"We" are the voice of many directly involved in the series from the racing side..NOT OWNERSHIP.
As a "NICE" group of racing professionals we wish only for our voice to be heard, from our perspective on the issue at hand.

Do "We" all work the keyboard at the same time?
Good post btw.
Don't bother me. I'm wasting potential.
Life's a grave, dig it.

Re: united we stand
Why hide behind an alias? If so many teams stand behind this statement it would mean so much more if they were all listed at the end of it. And yes this should probably be in Short Course.

We need to keep positive.... Jim has done great things for short course racing. We need to stand behind him in these tough times.
I love racing CORR and will do all I can to keep it alive.

It's nice to see a positive CORR post - and I fully agree!! I am thrilled to have been a part of this series this season, and I'm equally as excited to be a part of it in 2009! Can't wait till CHULA!!
