headers
Are there any manufacture other then JBA for headers? They would be for a 88 Ford Ranger 2.9L. I will not use JBA because they would not replace a header that cracked on my son’s thunderbird because it had other after market components. Are should I just put stock manifold back on it.
Thanks for your input

Re: headers
Pacesetter makes headers for that motor. I know they are more economical than the JBA but from what I hear the JBA are better quality.
Going back to the stock exhaust manifold will cost you just as much as the Pacesetter headers. I know this because we broke an exhaust manifold at the last MDR race and I have been getting prices of $85-$100 per side for the stock manifolds. The pacesetter headers can be found for less than $200.
Good Luck
