I think it'll be a long time before something will match the durability and comfort of the Crown Vic. The concept does look cool, though.
I know a little German... he's sitting over there.

It will be interesting to see what CHP and Michigan Highway Patrol say about it, if they test it.

I'll be interested in seeing what their per unit cost is on these vehicles. The majority of the options listed are worthless in the real world, except this one.
Hoseable rear passenger compartment!!!
Caution! Tony T. said I could be dangerous.

Happy hour, 3 Tequila shots and 10 MGD's sprayed across a cage at 0230 is not a pleasant sight.

Except for the smell, vomit would be the least of my concerns, I'll let your imagination figure out the others.
I like the suicide rear doors and the rear compartment camera, good to be able to monitor someone in maximum restraints or displaying signs of excited delirium. The driver's compartment has way too much bling and it doesn't look like it has space for a computer terminal.

Re: New Police car
computer terminal is built into the center console/dash. It looks to be touch screen, atleast the keyboard section.
I think the days of a car with a frame are just about over with.
