2-bolt tube round flange

Who in the SD area sells 2 bolt round tube flanges (lack of better word). I'm not looking for the flat exhaust type flanges but the round ones that look like a solid rod cut in half. Like the ones used on Rhino cages but I need them for 1.5" tubing.
