Steering Help please

I have built my first a arm front end and cant get the steering to work right.
problems
1) the right side at full droop the tie rod is too long is fine throw the rest of the cycle(does not get too short or long no where else.)
2) limited steering
i have all my pivots points centered as is the rack between the inside a arm pivots the right side cycles fine but with limited steering.
I have all the same hiems mounted Vertical on the spindle no hiem bindage.
im thinking with the limited steering that i nee more travle form my rack it cycles 2.5 inches each way and it bearly turns the spindle.
Any help would be nice

I have my spindles set to stay levle thru out ther total cycle of the susspension.

First you should probably proof read before you post. It took me quite a few tries to TRY to understand what your problems are. The first one Im not sure whats wrong with it being too long. Does it bumpsteer the tire to point outward? Pics would definitely help

The second problem seems like your steering arm is too long on the spindle. 2.5" of rack movement in both directions is normal for the racks Ive worked with. So try tack welding on a much shorter arm and see if that helps.
