Beam Car Class 1 passing first car on the road!!!

Started 3rd was first on the road 2 miles in. The pass (2:50 in) damn near broke my back though!!!

Thats a A arm car. The car at 2:50 looks like the Jeffers/Ward beam car.

The car Im talking about is the one from the in-car, the title says Beam Car Class 1, it seems to handle like a beam car, so does this car still have the Type 1 or did they switch to another engine configuration?

The car that has the camera in it is an A-arm V-8 car.But the car passing it @ 2.50 in the video is the Jeffers/Ward beam car with I believe a type 4 in it.
