The Lowers, Uppers, Hubs, and Uprights are designed by Josh from J-C Engineering. He used to work for Penhall awhile back, then he went to help his Dads business.

Both the trans and motor were delrin bushings. My mounts were identical to this build. The only difference would be the torque. A small block may be ok. I was throwing 750 ft./lb to the mounts.

Dang Dave I didnt even know this was here. Yeah we could have kept the frame rails then it would have been good for class 8 but we already had an idea of where we wanted to go with this build and it just gave us a clean slate to start the backhalf from. I see what you are saying about the trani mount and yes either time will tell or we will try to do something about it before hand just to give it a little give. We are working on the interior now hopefully we will have more pics next week.

Here is the new intake set up, we flipped the intake manifold around for more clearence up front with the radiator and hoses. It works out better to just run the intake right into the cab also.

Heres the new steering set up still the stock rack but 3/4 bolts now and new bushing, should make it a more solid unit.
