Odyssey battery sizing for VW
Is the 925 series suffecient for a 1915, low compression engine ?
Any good or bad feedback on these batteries ?

The 925's will be fine. They are lighter than the Optima’s and they fit into smaller spaces. I will be running two of them in my car. One for primary and one for backup.
Cross-threading is just as tight as Loctite

Sorry, yes a 925 is sufficient or "suffecient" as you say, but the Optima is the way to go for the same price.
GOOD LUCK

Ok, you got me on a spelling error. Why do you feel that an optima is the better way to go ?

Mike,
Unless your vehicle is driving daily or you plan on using a Battery Tender smart charger with an Odyssey, don;t bother with it. They are nice for smaller footprint and less weight than an Optima but the Optima Red Top can take less maintenance and have more power to boot.
My $.01 as the other half was lost in the stock market.
