Kind of a short question? What kind of ideas are you thinking of doing?

    Re: Chase Rack Material

Its going to be the generic rack. Carry space over the roof, spare tires on the sides, generator welder and compressor right behind the cab, and dump cans behind that. Chaseracks.com says they use 1 3/4" but i think that would be a bit overkill for a chase rack.

1.5 or 1.75 mild is good. 0.90 wall for the heavier tire stuff and .120 for the light stuff if you are concerned about the racks weight. All 0.90 is easy and not that much more weight.

I love the silcone comment LMAO. I prefer OEM lactos storage personally.

The one my buddy made was 1 3/4 and carried 4- 35" tires and a nitrogen bottle. That's a lot of weight. When we went to go to a TT out and had 37's on there all the excess weight and bouncing around end up tearing the sheet metal in his bed. Take into consideration how much weight you are carrying and how high it will be on the rack.
Don't bother me. I'm wasting potential.
    Life's a grave, dig it.
