Nothing lately. I've got my gear ready for a trip to Ouray Colorado where I hope to get some 4xing video on the Alpine Loop. The only video I recently did was along the Colorado River. The video was for a vendors new 2 channel video switch that allows me to swap between 2 on board cameras. He just sent me a new on screen display (HUD) and a 4 channel video switch. 4 cameras on my heli is probably pushing it though but I never turn down free stuff.... Hopefully soon I be back out in the desert for more chase videos.....I just got get my buddies to stop working and changing their trucks around so there together long enough so we can go... lol.
Here's the NGhobbies video:

How much for that heli and how hard was it to fly?
My Trex 600 helicopter was about $500 . Carbon fiber blades and Lipo battery added $250. I had a 7 channel Spektrum DX7 radio already but if you need a radio add another $400 plus $130 for a tail gyro. About $1300 to $1500 by the time your ready to fly. Some helis though can get into the 10K if you want Turbine power.
Learning to fly I spent about 6 months but now there's great sims and auto pilots like the Helicommand that make learning much easier. My brother just learned with a Trex 450 using a sim for practice and picked it up and a couple of months. Helis are the hardest RC thing to do but also the most rewarding when you do it. There the only RC that I never get bored with.
For starting I recommend the 450, DX7 radio and Great Planes g4.5 simulator all for under a $1000 .
Did a little vacation with the family. Stopped on the east rim of the Grand Canyon and flew the RC heli around in FPV. As soon as the heli would go over the rim my heart missed a couple beats. This part of the canyon is only 1000' deep but still a good days hike/climb if I had to retrieve a downed aircraft. Good thing it sends back GPS cords to locate it if needed.
Here's the video I put together
