holy sh#t...i had no idea. a comprehensive instruction manual on arson is positioned on the front page of the website so that it becomes the primary focus of the viewer. that is pretty bold - the downside of the first amendment i guess. This is one of those times when I started writing a novel length post, then read it and decided "oh screw it", erased it and just posted this.

It's no wonder, because it is them! It's mentioned in a few places on their site that "The Earth Liberation Front was established in Britain in 1992 as a break-away movement from Earth First! after EF!UK decided to cease using ecotage as an effective tool in the struggle to defend Mother Earth."

Some people on this board are not old enough to remember the Earth First "jackasses". They were completely ruthless in their efforts and caused lots of damage and a few confirmed deaths with boobytraps like tree spiking.
