saginaw steering setup

does a saginaw center steering setup work for a 1600 or 5-1600 car. is it like a sterring box instead of a rack ?
Hae a picture of one and seems pretty big....
any help would be apreciatted

I run a saginaw box on my 5-1600 and it works great! When I got my box from Howe, they would only go 2 races. I now have a line on parts and do the work my self. I now get 5 or 6 races out of the box befor I have to take it apart. <font color="yellow"> </font color>
