Re: Is TL now SCORE legal ? What Happened ?
Looking at all that it would seem that the only sticking point should be the yellow bodies and the tires and wheels being returned and cost be removed from Pete's bill. The bodies should be payed for by Pete and the wheels and tires, if new as stated, should be able to be returned(maybe a re-stocking fee?) Minor points in my opinion.

Re: Is TL now SCORE legal ? What Happened ?
Quick questions Greg....your saying that TL has to do all the work to the chassis, but yet it is ok for TL owners to install all of the update kits themselves. I'm assuming this is because the updates are normally in areas that are considered "safe", and not where a safety issue is concerned(main cab structure). So, my question is this. What about all of the trucks that were sold with incomplete welds on the chassis? I know mine had 3-4 of them. So we finished the welds. And they were on the main cage portion. Would that get those trucks banned also? What about the trucks that have been damaged due to rollovers, do the owners need to bring the trucks to you for repairs? Or can the owner repair his own truck?
I'm not trying to stir the pot. It just seems like the owners should be able to install all updates regardless of where they are, and repair their own vehicles after signing a waiver and going through a more personal tech. After all...this is supposed to be about being a economic class to race in.

Is Greg just saying that they can't be raced in TL if you own them or it doesn't matter who owns them? Either way that isn't right.
<EDIT> Found out myself
"Pete will sell all of his TROPHYLITE trucks and go away as fast as possible. Pete will agree not to come to any races that are on the TROPHYLITE schedule of races to try and race any of the trucks while in his ownership or control"
so if Pete can't sell them he can't race them or rent them either?

why dont you just call him in the morning and ask? why would you ask here? If you are a customer and race the series you should have enough sense to call and ask the manufacturer rather than get mixed into this debate. It make you look like a trouble maker piling on, not a valued customer.

I guess it's a good thing I could care less what you think....with all due respect
Besides I think my question is relevant to this ordeal with Pete and Greg. Greg has answered all of my other questions on here respectfully...if he wants to call me or answer my question through email or PM I'm sure he will.
