I have heard that the facory teams are returning to Baja to race in the quad class. This is coming right from Japan. It would be great if this led to other factory backed bike teams racing in Mexico. Look for some trick quads at the 1000.

KTM and Kawi bikes showed up at the Baja Mex 300, but only because they didn't want to give the BITD series to Honda. I think we would all like to see it happen, especially with the intro of some rad quads, but more contingency has to appear to get bike/quad sponsors to come down to Baja. I'm not going to hold my breath.
Have heard that Tim Farr, Now riding for American Honda, will be running the new CRF quad at the 1000. Will be interesting to see how he compares with the Desert Racing regulars.
Baldwin motorsports has did a small piece on Tim Farr returning to the FACTORY RED for the BAJA race. He will be debuting the 450 there.
