Newbie - Suspension Upgrade for '96 Jeep Grand Cherokee
I recently got my hands on a '96 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo that I use to haul my bike and gear to ride. I have a Joe Hauler that causes the old girl to sag quite a bit when loaded with my bike (300 lbs), carrier (40 lbs) and sundry gear.
At the same time, I'd like to get some wheels and tires.
The question is, what's the best way to go about fixing the rear-end to prevent so much sag when loaded???
If anyone has any suggestions on shops in LA that can help me, that would be appreciated, otherwise I'll be heading down to 4 wheel parts, which I'm not sure I want to do because I'm sure they'll want to sell me stuff I don't need.
Thanks.
