how to set my toe? which way to turn the adjuster?

ok, i dont know why this is so hard for me, maybe im dyslexic or somthing. on an ib-eam ranger when i want to adjust my toe which way to i go...basically lets say i want to toe it IN. do i want to turn the ADJUSTER SLEEVEso it goes MORE TOWARDS THE TIRE or MORE TOWARDS THE center of the car? i dont know why but this is such a hard concept for me to grasp.

the adjuster sleeve is threaded left handed on one side and right handed on the other. turning it one way will pull the tie rods together(toe in) and the other way will spread them apart(toe out). just turn it a bit and see which way it goes. pretty simple.
