Thurs 12/10/2009 – 7:00-8:00 pm Edgewater Hotel and Casino: Pre-Race Kick Off Party/Driver Meet & Greet Autograph Session. Teams, bring your swag! Posters, hero cards, t-shirts, beads, stickers – whatever you want to hand out to the fans. After all, we wouldn’t be doing this without them! Come dressed in your team attire and then get ready to ring the race in right at the VIP Party in the new Red Hot Inferno Nightclub. Wristbands will be issued to the race teams/SNORE officials/Media.

Fri 12/11/2009 - Noon: (1) One escorted Pre-Run lap reconnaissance of the course. You must be in line for the pre-run at noon at S/F! Everyone leaves in one group – no exceptions! If you aren’t in line at Noon, you don’t go! NO FEE.

Fri 12/11/2009 - 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm Riverside Hotel and Casino: Driver registration.

Fri 12/11/2009 - 2 pm to 8 pm Tropicana Express Hotel and Casino: Tech & Contingency Inspection. This event is open to the public and free of charge. We welcome any and all ages to come on out and meet the teams, shop the vendors, and see the cars up close and personal!

Fri 12/11/2009 - 8 pm - 9 pm Riverside Hotel and Casino: Driver's meeting.

Fri 12/11/2009 – 9 pm to close – Golden Nugget: VIP party for all spectators, teams and race officials @ Tarzan’s. We will issue the race teams/SNORE officials/Media wristbands. Open to the public.

Sat 12/12/2009 & Sun 12/13/2009: Race day 7 am - 5 pm.

Sun 12/13/2009 - 7 pm to 8 pm The Aquarius Hotel and Casino: Awards ceremony.

Because SNORE IS ALL VOLUNTEER and they dont take a cutt on everything. Races run by racers

I can tell you that the Laughlin Chamber is really working hard and really listening to the input from racers, sponsors, promoters and just about anybody else to make a better event. This includes the SCORE race. I thought that the "Laughlin Contingency" plan at both the SCORE and SNORE race was a GREAT deal and showed how serious they were to get people back to the river. Gotta love that 17 mile track too! Kudos to Laughlin for stepping up to the plate!

FYI currently Trop X does not have the code in their system.

Just spoke with the supervisor in VIP bookings. The code is valid, they are just used to a 5-digit code. She is going to send a memo out to all reservation departments to make sure people understand this is a valid code. She suggested that if you run into a problem making a reservation, ask for a supervisor. You are all free to go about your bookings And please, if anyone else runs into a situation at another property, please let me know so I get it rectified...
