NUNLEY RACING TT#10 to skip BAJA 1000
As the title says we will regretably be passing up this years SCORE BAJA 1000. Our points position in BITD and the lack of prep time between the 1000 and Henderson, are our main concerns. We are sitting 6th at SCORE and 2nd in BITD, and couldn't be happier with what we've accomplished our first year out. Running both series was a lot of work for our team (and their families). We will be in Baja for race week, but more relaxing and just helping to put a GEISER accross the line first.
NUNLEY RACING plans on running the SCORE series next year, and just adding a few races for fun. We have a new "big motor" on the way, and were adding 39" tires for next season.
Good luck in Baja. We'll see you at Henderson
