Rick Johnson and Team 71 Racing choose Pfaff Racing Engines
Team 71 Racing and driver Rick D Johnson have chosen PFAFF RACING ENGINES as there Power of Choice for the Team 71 Racing/General Tire Ford Trophy Truck.
Rick came to us looking for reliability and power at a good price and said the following "I have watched PFAFF Racing Engines for years in the performance powerboat industry and even purchased a blower system for my boat from them a few years ago. There years of Championship winning engines combined with the knowledgeable staff give me the confidence to run my new engine hard, it is clear to me I have made the right choice. I can race with complete confidence at an unbelievable value."
Look for the Team 71 Trophy Truck at the upcoming Baja 1000 and 2010 SCORE and BITD events with the new PFAFF Racing Engine package.
For your Engine tuning, machining, rebuilds and complete packages contact Steve Poole at 562-716-6044 or Gordon Jennings at 714-894-7573.

Our TT engines typically provide 730-775hp and 630-675ft/lb. More importantly, Torque under 3000rpms is over 500ft/lbs and maintains 500ft/lbs at 7000rpms.
The aluminum blocks are DART blocks.

Andy, you are very close. And we would love to see our engines in your trucks and Class 1 cars.
Our introductory pricing to the offroad industry is very competitive. Our rebuilds are lower than most at our normal shop rates. In time pricing will increase somewhat, but we will always focus on volume pricing to keep the prices down.
Rick's engine has the best of the best. We can build engines for less using Throttle body's and iron blocks.
Our Class 1 prices are very competitive also.
Outside of pricing, we do all of our own machine work, assembly, and tuning.

Steve,
From what we have been told, we believe you are mistaken. There is not enough time to build new engines between now, SEMA and the Baja 1000 and that there will be a Patton Racing Engines' motor (restickered) in the truck for SEMA and the Baja 1000.

Natalie,
Absolutely false from your "source". We do have parts in house and were able to get the new pistons yesterday from Racetech. Feel free to contact us anytime to discuss.

I am sure alot of companies would like their motor in the McMillin vehicles.
