B-Dub: you didn't hear? Word is Robby G picked them up. The slow economy and big budget for Nascar has necessitated cost savings measures and since we all know off road racing is a HUGE waste of money; he's decided to scale back. Rumors state: Since Nascar has mandated the COT as a spec type chassies Robbie felt it was a natural to give the TL spec class a spin as it would help align his asphalt and dirt programs. Here's the plan: 1 for desert, 1 for shortcourse and the third for Dakar. There you have it, I heard it from a guy who's cousin works for a liquor store that carries Monster and Jim Beam and the owners sister girlfriend knows a guy, who dated a gal that that slept with her cousin who worked at Robbies operation down south so it has to be true... Does this mean "Peter-Gate" is over? When's the movie being released on DVD?

The 3 trucks that Pete had were bought by some guys from California. Havent been racing yet so most of you may not know them. Great guys and I look forward to seeing them out there battling. They are planning on doing the Short Course stuff with one truck and the Desert races with a 2nd truck all year next year. Should be fun....

The trucks are at the TROPHYLITE shop getting cleaned up and prepped and finished for the next couple of races. Bill and Russ are going to go to the Glen Helen baja cup race in a week or so just for fun and race one of them for seat time. I think you will see them at the parker 425 too in February.

No big secret on any of this.... Just thought we could all use a break from the drama.... PM me if you want anymore then that.

looking forward to meeting some trophylite people. do you guys stay at the casino?

It is about 1/2 of who camp in the pits and who stays at the casino's. Typically we are pitted near each other, just find the TL's and walk on over. I don't know of anyone of us to be shy.
