Clear Channel got rid of Jeff & Jer not that I care, Then Mikey from the Mikey Show, Now the "DSC". I hate Clear Channel right now. I hope they lose all of the advertisers from that were part of the DSC.

Holy hell! I knew I heard Eddie on the "Mikey Show" this morning but I didnt even notice I didnt hear Mikey! That sucks I thought the show was actually pretty cool.

When did 105.3 get rid of Mikey? I listened every morning when I lived down there and I always tuned in whenever I was back in town. I think I listened to him last month when I was down there.
I never knew Halloran was on anything but 91X?

No more replays of the DSC at night. Its kinda depressing, I listened to them every night of my build

BGRANT- Halloran was never on 91x, he was on 94.9. Chris Cantore was on 91x in the morning, and was let go about the same time last year (or maybe two years ago).

When did 105.3 get rid of Mikey?

Right before christmas. Clear Channel offered Mikey a new contract since all of there contracts were up at the end of the year anyways. Mikey didn't like the pay and terms on his new contract so he ventured out to other radio stations to try and negotiate a better deal. In the meantime, Sky, Boston Rob, Ashlee, and Eddie were offered new contracts and they liked the deal so they signed to stay at Rock 105.3 as they had always planned on doing. They did not want to go elsewhere as they were family.

There wasn't really any communication between Mikey and the other 4 of the show. So behind the scenes..Mikey was negotiating with another radio station a deal for ALL 5 of them with out the 4 knowing any news. Mikey presented them the new "contract" that they had come up with the day it needed to be submitted. So of course, the 4 didn't sign..because they didn't want to go anywhere else. Mikey will be on a new show, with a new crew, new everrything in the next couple weeks. The new radio station has not been released yet as they are still creating everything for his new show.

In small talk...Mikey got a new contract with a new radio station as it better fit his needs for a contract/pay/ and terms while the others stayed with Rock 105.3

The Mikey Show....Is now called The Show..
