The buzz is out and the Stadium Kart World Championship is going to power up 2010 with a jumpstart of off road and SxS racing action. If you have not heard the event has already attracted the big names and top drivers of the participating divisions.

What is really exciting is that the leading industry companies have signed up and are on bored to support the event in a big way. Lucas Oil, Team Associated, and Trophy Kart have recognized the impact of the Stadium Kart World Championship and each company has made significant contributions which will surely pump up the appeal for the participants.

The only thing that could be better is a TK rental program. Put a kid in a kart (Stock, not modified), let them have fun "tearin' it up", then tell them, "No, you can't have one." Wouldn't go over so well for my kids. I would definitely rent one for the older kid. Would be a cool sells tool. JMO though.

This is going to be a great event, and I can't wait for it! I stopped by the track on Saturday on the way back from Glen Helen. Great layout for the track, big jumps and a lot of turns.
