I dont think this cage is FD or D1 legal, I may be wrong? Is he driving in any of the Pro series?

I haven't got a hold of the new 2010 rule book but the last years and years before state this.
"No portion of the cage may permeate the firewall and shall be fully contained within the occupant’s compartment."
This is for Formula Drift USA, not sure if its different for the Euro series.

yeah that could be so, the cage was built to FIA Rally/road racing regs, as the customer
wanted to be able to compete in hill climbs and track racing too, and it surpasses all drifting regs here by a mile. i must check out the 2010 fd regs again as i didnt notice that, thanks

Ok so I just got off the phone with a guy who's in the know and he said you should be all good, the rules are "open to interpretation" ha. I guess as long as its safe and that looks WAY safe.
May I ask who the driver is?

wesley keating, hes a up and coming irish driver, did quiet well last year in ireland, europe and britain. one to look out for this year.
