    There is a guy at Avalanche Engineering Inc. in Bayfield, Colorado that has put a Cummins in an 1988 ish year Suburban and one in a 1994 ish year Suburban. There number is 970-884-7716.

    I have a F250 with a cummins. But I don't think that helps you. I know the 4 cly cummins is a popular swap for suburbans.

    What year?
    I almost did an excursion.
    I could not find a donor for under $6k.
    I found a 94 suburban for under $1k and its super clean already with a 6.5 diesel in it.(blown motor)

    The 4bt is plenty strong at 160 hp and 330 ft lbs of totque.
    The only issue is the rattling.Its really bad.
