    The pump is a little giant #35-om, the regulator i used came from a cotton picker, lol.. But with this pump the max psi is 35psi, so a regulator is not even needed.. Since the pressure for a wc torch should be no more than 50psi.. Sorry for the confusion on the $500.. I was referring to the price of the coolmate 1.. This is a very simple system to make yourself, already made 1 of these a few years ago, on my old school airco.. Works like a champ..

    The water cooler that we had at the welding school was a home-made job as well. . .and it supported about 8 TIG stations simultaneously. . .from 7:45 AM until 10 PM 4 days a week. . .

    I got my plumbing today to hook up my wp-20 torch.. Also got the adapter.. Just need to go get the pump & a small fan from grainger.. Soon as i get time, the tank is next.. I will try to post pix when it's done..

    I'll see if I can grab some pic's of the school's cooler too. I'm going to be there tomorrow. . .not sure how much of you can see besides the water tank (which is just a Rubbermaid tub full of water). . .I'll see if I can get a shot of the pump, etc.
