rate coil springs for vw baja bug

i have a vw baja bug and i recently got some new 2.0 14'' bilstein coilovers and dont know what spring setup i should use? heres a little info about the rear the arms are 3x3 with a buss tranny running on 930 cv's
there are some pics of the car and what happens if you put too much torsion on the torsion bars with only one gas schock haha....so im going from the torsion bars to a coilover setup since i screwed up my torsion bar housing

Regarding the shocks I would suggest geting some heim rod ends from a 7100 shock to replace the lower rubber bushing assembly. This will eliminate the lower bushing bind that will bend the rod.
Emulsion shocks are like cooking steak in the microwave.

You look about what I had.. every car and every set up is different.. posting the total weight of your car could help to get you a better answer.. Also check Fox and Sway aways web sites they have help on choosing spring rates.. but anyways.. if your the same which you look close to shock angle weight etc as my old car I ran 400 over 450. That was mine.. wait and see what others say. Go with the average maybe?

    Good luck!

If I had to blindly send you springs....I'de send 350 over 450-500 or so.
I see setups from 300/450 to 450/500 with aircooled motors.

With fuel cell in the back, try the 300/450 set up .
