I know this is not race related, but just wanted to wish a smooth transition and safe return to the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force that deployed to the Hemland (sp?) province in Afghanistan. 800 Marines from Camp Pendleton left Wednesday and they will be deployed there for a year.

Thank you to all the Service men and women that commit so much to ensure the safety and freedoms that we enjoy here in the United States. You are all so BAD ASS I can’t even begin to express my gratitude.

Smooth sailing to the Blue Diamonds (1st MEF), and Amy and I are looking forward to the day when you are all back at Pendleton safe and sound.
