New Class for the DRIVE Series

DRIVE is adding a new class to the series. The new class will be for purpose built open desert racing "rock cawlers". Same as ULTRA 4 in BITD. To make it easier on evryone DRIVE will use the same numbering system as BITD for this class. Vehicle numbers will range between 4400 and 4499. DRIVE will be developing the class rules over the next few week but they will be consistent with other organizations.
