As many of you know, our beloved Plaster City (the birthplace of DRIVE Off Road Racing) shares its' little heavenly slice of the Imperial Valley desert with the infamous El Centro Prison

Klaus, Curtis, and Doug have been burning the midnight oil in negotiations with the El Centro Prison to do something really special for the RDC 250....

The DRIVE/Competitive Metals/Race-dezert.com 250 on April 17th will be the first all convict Volunteer Team race!!!!

Thank you to all the inmates! You guys make these races a reality. Amy and I are gnawing at the bit to be back out in the desert with all the DRIVE Volunteer Family. We hope you guys can make it out the night before and hang out with Amy & I over some great burgers and trading stories about last season

Doug, Larry, and Jerrod have but together an INSANE course for the RDC250! It's massive and it will take everyone on the DRIVE Volunteer Team to make it happen in a safe and professional manner. This season is going to be awesome and Amy & I are very thankful that we have a chance to be a part of it will all of you!

Thank you again for becoming a member of the DRIVE family. Sharing in these adventures with Racers and Volunteers is what the DRIVE experience is all about

Hey, I thoought my record had been expunged!! I'm calling my lawyers Dewey, Cheetham, and Howe!!

Check ONE!! Is that the one by the dike jump? I am truly excited and can't wait. The good Lord has granted me an extra week of vacatiion. Because of the earthquake damage to several schools in Calexico, the district is giving all us teachers (and students) an extra week of spring break (right Kelly?!!). SO if you need something extra done next week give me a call!
